Hi, I’m Tom

Tom's PC Help started in the summer of 2022 in Bexhill-on-Sea. A family member needed some photos backing up, and I realised that there must be more people who wanted tech support, without the jargon and awkwardness that usually comes with computer help. Word of mouth quickly spread, and soon I had a series of satisfied customers. After moving to Cheltenham for university, I found a few repeat clients who went from just using their phones for messaging all the way to casting their devices to their TV’s. I met my lovely partner while at uni, and we moved to Ebley together, where I’m supporting a new community!

I have always had a love for tech, but with cheap, hand-me-down computers something is always going wrong, so you learn how to do your own tech support pretty quickly! I completed a diploma in computing in college, and since leaving university have enrolled in a cybersecurity course, and now have achieved my CompTIA A+ Technician qualification.
